Patient Importing

REALscore highly recommends that you either import your patient location information, if applicable, or ask us to assist you. This will enable significant reporting features in both REALscore and REALtools, especially with regards to mapping, marketing assistance and drive time analysis.

We have built the functionality into the site for you to easily import your patients yourself. However, our specialists can import your patient list for you if you desire.

In many Subscription packages, we will import the information for free.

Depending on what Patient information you choose to import, REALscore currently can be used to generate the following reports:

Report Description
Patients
 A detailed report that shows the locations and lists all of the patients within the defined area.
Demographics
 A summary report that shows the number of patients, total population, average income, population, ages, and population density within the defined area.
Patients By Age
 A detailed report that shows the locations and lists all of the patients for a specified age range within the defined area.
Average Patient Age
 A summary report that shows the average age of the patients within the defined area.
Insured Patients
 A detailed report that shows the locations and lists all of the patients who have insurance within a defined area.
Uninsured Patients
 A detailed report that shows the locations and lists all of the patients who do not have insurance within a defined area.
Patients By Insurance
 A detailed report that shows the locations and lists all of the patients who have a particular type of insurance within the defined area.
Patients on Medicare
 A detailed report that shows the locations and lists all of the patients who are on Medicare within the defined area.
Insurance Providers
 A summary report that shows the locations and lists the number of patients by insurance provider within the defined area.

Here are instructions on how to export your customer locations data from popular Dental Practice Management Programs:·

  • Eaglesoft
  • Dentrix - coming soon
  • Dentimax - coming soon
  • Other programs will be added periodically

General Instructions:

    • Go to Reports – Patients –Patient Master
    • Uncheck Inactive, if you are looking for only current patients
    • Click Preview Report
    • Once report is generated, right click and go to Save Data As…
    • Chose where you want to save the document
    • Name the document
    • Save as type: csv file
